Vertical Nanometer-level Grinder

This is a physical grinding process that preserves the inherent properties of the material, guaranteeing the effective deaggregation of loose substances and true grinding.  High-speed rotation of the rotor within the bead mill, the grinding medium exerts shear, impact, and crushing forces, leading to the disintegration, dispersion, grinding, deaggregation, homogenization, and emulsification of particles within the fluid.

  • No dead angle in the grinding chamber, high efficiency, and narrow particle size distribution.
  • No screen separation, no clogging, and maintenance-free.
  • Zirconia beads have a longer service time without sieving.
  • Double-check valve for ultra-fine grinding to prevent backflow of grinding media.
  • Special mechanical seal for vertical bead mill, no leakage, stable and reliable performance, low energy consumption, and low heat generation
  • Grinding is more precise and thorough, resulting in a narrower particle size distribution and better consistency in the output
  • Installation, repair, and maintenance are more convenient.
